Implantology
DENTAL IMPLANTS CAN RESTORE MORE THAN A MISSING TOOTH — THEY CAN HELP RESTORE YOUR SMILE, YOUR FUNCTION AND YOUR CONFIDENCE WITH A PERSONALISED APPROACH.
Dental Implants
Restore Your Smile with Dental Implants
Losing a tooth can affect more than your smile. It can also influence chewing, your bite and the surrounding bone. At Zenia Dental Center, we assess each case individually to find the most appropriate solution.
Dental implants can replace the missing tooth root and support a natural-looking restoration, whether you need to replace one tooth, several teeth or a complete dental arch.
Our priority is to restore function, stability and aesthetics while preserving your natural teeth and surrounding tissues whenever possible.
Why Replace a Missing Tooth?
A Missing Tooth Can Affect More Than Your Smile
When a tooth is lost, neighbouring and opposing teeth may move, chewing forces can change and the surrounding bone may gradually resorb.
Replacing a missing tooth can help restore function, stability and oral health, while preventing further changes whenever possible.
What Is a Dental Implant?
A Stable Foundation for Your New Tooth
A dental implant is a biocompatible titanium structure placed into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth.
Once the implant integrates with the bone, it can support a personalised restoration such as a crown. Implants can also be used to replace several teeth or support complete dental rehabilitations.
Immediate Dental Implants
Fewer Procedures When Clinically Appropriate
In selected cases, an implant can be placed at the same time as a tooth is extracted.
This approach may reduce surgical procedures and help preserve the tissues around the tooth. However, immediate implantation is not suitable for every patient.
Dr Raúl Navarro, specialist in oral surgery and implant dentistry, evaluates each case to determine whether this technique is appropriate.

3D Diagnosis & Treatment Planning
Know Where We Are Working Before We Begin
Every implant treatment starts with careful diagnosis and planning. Your initial assessment includes a clinical examination and digital panoramic X-ray.
When additional information is required, a 3D CBCT scan allows us to assess the available bone, nerves, sinuses and surrounding anatomical structures in greater detail.
A CBCT is only performed when clinically indicated and is not included in the free initial assessment.
